淋球菌的耐药研究及展望Research and prospect on drug resistance of Neisseria gonorrhoeae

摘要(Abstract):
淋球菌极易产生耐药,探讨淋球菌耐药机制是目前的研究热点。本文主要阐述淋球菌的多种耐药分子机制,包括淋球菌对之前治疗用药如磺胺类、青霉素、四环素及喹诺酮类等的耐药机制,以及对目前一线用药头孢曲松产生耐药的分子机制,最后阐述了淋球菌的耐药监测及淋病治疗情况。
