摘要(Abstract)：
<正>艾滋病相关卡波西肉瘤（Acquired ImmuneDeficiency Syndrome associated Kaposi sarcoma,AIDS-KS）是艾滋病患者最常见的机会性肿瘤之一，进展至晚期的KS患者治疗效果及预后均欠佳([1])。VPS18是组成C类VPS蛋白复合物的四个亚基之一，与VPS11、VPS16、VPS33组成VPS-C复合物，主要参与细胞内体-溶酶体之间的膜运输。VPS18不仅参与HIV-1的复制，还与多种信号通路的调控相关，
