摘要(Abstract)：

在推广艾滋病病毒暴露前预防（PrEP）服务中，由于种种原因导致求询者不愿到医疗卫生机构现场进行HIV检测，阻碍了潜在目标人群使用PrEP意愿和PrEP持续的使用。为培养定期进行HIV检测的习惯，可通过HIV自我检测扩大在PrEP目标人群中的应用。本文将对应用HIV自我检测支持PrEP服务进行总结和分析，为新型冠状病毒肺炎大流行期间推广PrEP服务提供参考。
