摘要(Abstract)：
<正>我国自开展预防艾滋病母婴传播（preventmother-to-child transmission of HIV,PMTCT）工作以来，有效降低了HIV母婴传播率，但是HIV感染仍然是造成儿童死亡的一个重要原因。HIV感染儿童在不接受ART的情况下，在其出生后第一年病死率很高。约30%的儿童无法生存到1周岁，50%会在两岁之前死亡([1])。研究证明在出生7周时对HIV感染儿童进行ART，
