摘要(Abstract)：

肺部机会性感染是导致艾滋病发病和死亡的重要原因,涉及细菌、真菌、病毒等多种病原体。近年来的报道显示,艾滋病病毒性肺炎的比例较高,临床表现复杂,诊断与治疗难度大。文章对巨细胞病毒、单纯疱疹病毒、水痘-带状疱疹病毒、腺病毒等常见的艾滋病相关病毒性肺炎的诊断、治疗研究进展,以及目前存在的问题进行综述。
