HIV阳性合并肝结核1例

摘要(Abstract)：
<正>HIV感染者的结核病发病率较非感染者高30倍([1-2])，约1/3新确诊的住院HIV/AIDS患者感染结核([1-2])，约1/3新确诊的住院HIV/AIDS患者感染结核([3])。其中肺外结核的发病率高，尤其当CD4细胞数<200个/μL时。但肝结核在临床上相对少见，尤其无肝内占位性病灶的肝结核则更加少见。由于其缺乏典型的临床表现，易被临床医生漏诊。
