人类免疫缺陷病毒感染者脑功能显像研究进展

摘要(Abstract):
<正>人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV-1)及其后期的艾滋病(AIDS)本身和它们诱发的机会疾病(肿瘤、细菌与病毒感染、寄生虫病等)导致中枢神经系统(CNS)损害。中晚期患者CT及MRI(核磁共振成像)可见脑萎缩和/或占位病变,早期则无异常改变,而核素脑显像可在HIV-1感染的早期发现脑的异常血流和/或代谢改变。至少 50%的脑CT及 MRI 正常HIV-1(+)者中单光子发射型断层扫描仪(SPECT)或正电子发射型断层扫描仪(PET)显像脑内有异常变化[1~5]。核素脑显像可对HIV性脑损害进行鉴别诊断,为临床合理治疗提供依据。1HIV-1(+)者脑血流的变化 HIV-1(+)者脑血流变化有二种情况:局部血流下降,
