摘要(Abstract):
<正>(接上期)2.4 粘膜中的细胞免疫 由于HIV主要是通过性接触传播,病毒通过粘膜入侵机体,对于暴露部位局部的免疫功能的研究也是目前的一个热点。现在认为粘膜处抗HIV免疫反应主要有以下特点[9]:(1)经典的粘膜免疫反应是由特异性IgA介导的,但在HIV感染中,对病毒env特异性的IgG在口腔、鼻粘膜及生殖道处占了优势。但是,由于这类特异抗体并无中和保护作用,其出现于疾病的进展无一定的联系。(2)与体内其它部位相似,细胞免疫是粘膜处抗HIV的主要免疫反应。CTL反应对控制病毒数量起决定作用。(3)由于HIV在粘膜处的传播主要是通过嗜巨噬细胞毒株来实现的,妇女在暴露后仅有一部分入血。可能是由于这个原因,生殖道粘膜中的CTL反应可识别的病毒表位谱较血中窄,具有更强
