社会经济状况和民族文化对HIV/AIDS与妇女的影响

摘要(Abstract)：
<正>80年代中叶,全世界范围内已经有60万人患有AIDS[1]。到1997年底,这一数字已经达到1300万[2]。女性病例所占的百分比在世界范围内始终很高,80年代时占 40％[1],90年代中期已占42％[3],并且这一比例每年增长。基于以上事实和对女性健康的关注,证实社会因素的影响是非常重要的,有助于为女性选择适当而有效的HIV/AIDS预防策略。
