摘要(Abstract)：
<正>HIV-1病毒载量测定对预测疾病进程、评估治疗效果、指导治疗方案调整有着重要的意义，也可作为HIV感染诊断的补充试验，用于急性期/窗口期诊断、晚期患者诊断、HIV感染诊断和小于18月龄的婴幼儿HIV感染诊断([1])。实时荧光定量PCR扩增技术是目前临床广泛使用的HIV-1病毒载量检测技术之一，
