临床医生应用性病病征处理状况的调查A Survey on Clinical Management of STD Syndromes in Selected Areas

摘要(Abstract)：
目的 了解医生在临床应用病征处理的情况。方法 对海南省和湖北省部分地区参与性病病征处理试点单位的医生进行培训,要求他们在临床开展病征处理工作,填写统一制作的病历,在开展工作后2-3个月后,以病历检查及访谈的方式调查临床应用病征处理的情况。结果 共调查11家医疗单位的23名医生填写的455份病历,其中尿道分泌物病征占201份,发现的问题有:未按照推荐方案给药（l2.9％）,涂片见细胞内革兰阴性双球菌,只治疗淋病（10.4％）,诊断与治疗不符合（9.0％）等;阴道分泌物病征占168份,发现的问题有治疗宫颈感染时只治疗淋病或沙眼衣原体感染（30.4％）,危险因素评分错误（20.8％）,诊断与治疗不符（19.6％）;生殖器溃疡病征占86份,发现的问题有:未按照推荐方案给药（15.1％）,诊断失误（11.6％）。访谈中也发现了医生在性病临床处理过程中存在的认识。结论 尽管经过培训,但是医生对病征处理掌握得并不理想,对病征处理的基本概念、处理原则都还有误解,问题较多。说明在推行病征处理中,要加强质控和督导工作,及时发现并解决实践过程中存在的问题。
